After the sun has illuminated the gulf of Palermo all day long (giving you fantastic views), in the evening hours it will kiss Palermo's famous 'montepellegrino' mountain, giving you the most unforgettable 5 minutes of your life before disappearing behind the mountain and leaving an enchanting pink glow. 

The flats are equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A communal natural water swimming pool overlooks the Sicilian sea and is accessed through a private gate.

The property is surrounded by a magnificent gulf where you can snorkel and fish from the shore. The number of stairs makes this paradise inadvisable for those with mobility difficulties.

The flat is equipped with everything you need for cooking and a welcome of fruit and chocolate awaits you on arrival. 


You will also find fresh gifts in the fridge; breakfast is not included, but you will still find croissants, biscuits and other goodies on offer.


There is a public beach 50 metres from the villa that is easily accessible for sand lovers.


At a distance of 700 metres is the small fishing village of Aspra, very characteristic, where in the morning you can still buy fish directly from the fishermen's boats as was once done.

In this little village you will also find small supermarkets, bars, ice cream parlours, fish restaurants and burgheries. Evening markets are held from May to September in a large pedestrian area where live music can also be heard.

It is possible to order food to your doorstep by downloading the Glovo app and paying a small delivery fee. In addition to ordering ready-to-eat food, you can also order everything you need for the fridge.
